what my friends at OHS say about me:
- I know I am a big guy, but I sometimes forget my strength when I am so excited to go for walks. My friends say I am very responsive to training and getting better!
- Stick a bandana on me and let's go do all the hikes!
- I can be a lot of dog for my canine companions. Slow introductions and having my own space will be important for me to adjust to a home with resident dogs.
- I have chronic skin issues which will require long term management. It can be caused by different factors such as fleas, food or environmental factors.
- I'm very active and will need positive outlets for my energy.
- High Energy: I can become easily frustrated if my physical and mental exercise needs are not met. I will need positive outlets and a calm environment to help me flourish.

Interested in adopting me?
Animals available for adoption in foster homes need a special questionnaire submitted. From there, we will make an initial appointment for a phone consult to discuss their needs, and then schedule a meet and greet. Appointments are set on a first-come first-served basis in the order that we receive the questionnaires.
