*Foster home*

I'm so cute! Hi, my name is Halo, although my foster mom calls me Sadie. I'm about a year old and a wonderfully compact size for my breed-about 45 pounds, with a beautiful, shiny coat! I have all the happy energy of a young dog, and I love going for walks and running around. Can we go play? I'm also a total cuddle bug once I get to know you and love showering my people with affection! My foster mom says I'm a smart, beautiful work in progress! I'm actively learning great leash and mealtime manners, and I'm making progress on my house-training routine. Like any young pup, I love to explore the world with my mouth, so I do best with plenty of durable chew toys, puzzle feeders, and a dog-proofed space to keep me happily occupied. I currently live with a foster dog brother who gives me confidence and I love to wrestle and play! Because I have playful young-dog energy, I'd thrive with an active dog partner who loves to tumble and run. Sometimes, fast cars, strangers, or new dogs can make me feel a little timid, which just means I prefer slow, gentle introductions and a confident human to reassure me that I'm safe. My Ideal Home: Presence & Play: Someone who is home a lot to continue my routine, give me cuddle time, and let me run around in a secure, fenced yard. Shepherd Savvy: A family that understands German Shepherds-we are smart, sensitive, highly trainable, and have enormous hearts filled with so much love to give! Can we make each other's dreams come true? Apply to meet me today!
