information:

Rabbit care information links

Gwendolyn, female bunny, 6 mths old, 4.3 lbs
here's my Mcas weblink
192927
Gwendolyn has probably not been handled much in their past and is still learning that good things can happen when people pick them up. Like many animals they are happiest with all four feet firmly on the ground! They permit handling but are anxious when being held, sometimes they like to be in the middle of everything but strongly object to being contained or even picked up. The more you practise picking them up gently the easier it will be for both of you.

My ideal family will be active, kids are over 5, and my patient pet parents and use positive training methods to fine tune my manners. I think working with a trainer would be a fun way for us to bond and learn together. I am eager to learn and can't wait to show you how smart I am!

here's my Mcas weblink ADOPTED!

Hi! I'm Redford, a 3 year old sporty Pitty mix that is looking for a highly active home. I am a VERY smart boy, and would excel in a home that gives me something to do like practicing nose work, agility courses, weekly hikes in the great outdoors, and someone who is familiar with positive reinforcement training methods. Dogs like me can get bored easily if we do not have physical and mental stimulation daily, so I need people who aren't couch potatoes! I also might not be the most suitable dog for children so I am looking for an adult only home. If you have been searching for an athletic, smart, and overall fun dog I am your guy!
I AM IN A DIFFERENT AREA OF THE SHLETER TAKING A BREAK FROM THE STRESS OF THE ADOPTION FLOOR , ASK TO MEET ME!

Hi! I'm Pickles, a fun and playful American Shelter Dog looking for my new home! I can be shy at times with new people and a little sensitive of handling, but I warm up with treats around! I am looking for an active family that can keep up with me. I know sit, down, shake, and stay. Overall I am a sweet gal. I do show some resource guarding with food here in the shelter and I'm pretty jumpy, so any kids in the home are recommended to be 15 & older. I will need to be the only animal in the home. If this sounds like a good match for your family, come ask to meet me today!

here's my Mcas weblink ADOPTED!
192194
I am Xander, a fun loving and energetic mixed breed. Dogs like me love to get out and play but are not always sure what to do with our mouths. I can tend to get so excited I jump for the first thing I see, and the game is on! My ideal family will be active, patient and use positive training methods to help me become a more refined pup. I think working with a trainer would be a fun way for us to bond and learn together. I am eager to learn and can't wait to show you how smart I am! I can be rude when seeing other dogs and would benefit from taking some reactive rover classes. With slow, proper introductions, I can get along with other dogs, but would need more social skills before living with other dogs. I also need to go home with kids 12 and up.

I am Salsa, an active and playful mixed breed. You could call me the hands-on type but since I do not have hands I learn with my mouth. To an exuberant dog like me everything is a game, sometimes I just get so excited I will jump up and grab the first thing that looks like a toy. I am up for anything and ready to amaze my new family with my skills. I am looking for a family who does not take life too seriously that will be patient, positive and lift me to my potential of being a perfect pup! The shelter is recommending that if you have kids in the home, they be over the age of 8 years due to my jumpy/mouthy behaviors.

I'm Fernando, a cute compact little companion dog. Sometimes this big world is scary for a little guy like me, but a comfy lap helps me feel better. Once I trust you I will be by your side forever. Kids in the home need to be over the age of 8, the little ones just move too fast for my comfort.
