UPDATE 1/11/25 ADOPTED
(since there is very little screening done for an appropriate adopter, one can only hope that any adoption is good for him)
CAN you FOSTER TENNY? Having a hard time in the noisy crowded shelter and is underweight. He will need a good home/foster who is patient and is able to provide enough daily exercise and especially mental stimulation and basic training and maybe housetraining (unknown) It is rewarding, knowing that you are helping to improve the life of the dog!)
NOTE I'm no longer a fan or longterm volunteer of MCAS due to poor
current shelter management, but that isn't the dogs' fault and I still try to support the
dogs as much as I can. TENNY could use a good foster home!! He is one that I would try to foster if I were still volunteering there. The young active sensitive velcro types really benefit from foster. THE LOUD and CHAOTIC environment of the shelter is detrimental to them.

Tenny is a 1-year-old Doberman with a heart of gold who's ready to find
his forever home! This handsome boy came to us a little underweight and
is understandably a bit overwhelmed by shelter life. He's got a goofy,
playful personality and loves to be around people. Tenny is an energetic
youngster who enjoys walks and playtime, and with some basic training
and plenty of exercise, he'll be the perfect companion. He's eager to
please and loves to learn, so a family willing to provide him with
structure and guidance would be a great fit. Though a bit anxious in the
kennel, Tenny is a big softie at heart and just needs a patient family
to help him settle in. If you're looking for an active and loving dog to
join your family, come meet Tenny today!
