Jessi is a spirited and energetic Boxer girl who's about 2 years old and
looking for an understanding and patient family to call her own. This
beautiful girl has a lot of love to give, but she can be a bit sensitive
about being handled and is still learning to share her favorite things.
Jessi already knows some basic commands like "sit", "paw", and "down",
and she's eager to please! She loves going for walks and transforms into
a happy, tail-wagging explorer once she's out and about. She enjoys
exploring the world with her nose and is very treat-motivated, which
will make further training a breeze.
Jessi can be a little unsure in new situations and around unfamiliar
people, but she warms up quickly with gentle encouragement and a few
tasty treats. She's looking for a home with experienced dog owners who
can provide her with the structure and positive reinforcement she needs
to build her confidence. A quiet environment with fewer dogs might be
best for her, as she can get a bit overwhelmed by lots of commotion.
