Description: Arugula
is a gentle senior lady who is looking for the perfect, loving
retirement home to call her own! She is a happy-go-lucky older lady who
still has plenty of pep to her step and would enjoy a home that will
give her the love and attention that she deserves! She looks forward to
some easy walks in the neighborhood, and don't forget some gentle games
of fetch! Arugula makes it easy, and is happy to toss the ball back at
you for easy fetching! If you're looking for a easy going companion to
call your own, come down and see Arugula!
1) Arugula can be a bit nervous with new people, and may do best in a dog-experienced home who will advocate for her out in the world.
2) Arugula has been dog friendly here at the shelter, but may do best with a male dog of similar energy level as her - she may not do well with a young playful dog!
3) We don't know how Arugula will be with cats or other small animals, so please discuss proper introductions with your adoption counselor to ensure she can be good housemates with any small animal in the home!
4) Due to her more nervous nature, Arugula would do best in a home with children who are at least 13 years of age or older.
