"VIOLET" tiny Chihuahua "STUMPTOWN STRAYS"

"Stumptown Strays" is a wonderful local Rescue that helps shelter dogs in need of medical assistance.

"VIOLET" is Available for adoption with STUMPTOWN STRAYS

7 yrs, 5-7 lbs spayed female Chihuahua

Kids, yes, Dogs, yes, Cats, yes

adoption fee $400.

Personality: Affectionate, Friendly, Gentle, Loves, Quiet

Violet, our 5 pound 7 year old chihuahua, takes her time to find just the right spot on the bed. Left side? Too cold. Right side? Not enough blankets. Middle? Let's try turning around 15 times to be sure. Other than this Goldilocks behavior, Violet really doesn't want to make a fuss. Now this easy-to-please girl is ready to find her home.

We were asked to take Violet in from our local shelter because she needed help with her teeth. She had the breath of a much larger, much smellier dog. Although she had to lose several infected molars, she can eat way more comfortably now.

Violet is very friendly, but a little shy. She warms up quickly, however. Good in a crate, Violet can also be trusted to be left alone free in the house. She hardly makes a peep and is potty trained. Although she's not into toys, Violet is into cuddling and does great with other dogs. Even when she meets them on leash! See, no fuss! Because she is shy, we recommend older, quiet kids. We suspect Violet would do just fine with cats.

Violet is heartworm negative and is current on her flea and heartworm preventatives.

Sure, you may need one bed that's too soft, one bed that's too hard and one bed that's just right to please our Violet. Sounds like a fair trade to us!
