CAN someone FOSTER NESHA?  Having a hard time in the noisy crowded shelter.  I'm no longer a fan or longterm volunteer of MCAS due to poor current shelter management, but that isn't the dogs' fault and I still try to support the dogs as much as I can and NESHA could use a good foster home
