Meet Rouge, a handsome and social middle-aged German Shepherd who loves
human company and will happily trot right up to solicit all the pets he
can get! 🐕✨ He is a spirited boy who can get a bit jumpy and mouthy
when excited, but he is incredibly food-motivated and easily redirected
with a tasty treat or a simple verbal cue. Just keep an open palm handy,
as this enthusiastic learner can be a little "chompy" when taking his
snacks! 🦴😋
Because Rouge has a strong prey drive, he needs a home with no cats or
small dogs, and he can be selective with other canines. 🐾 Additionally,
due to some resource-guarding behaviors, any children in his forever
home must be over 12 years old. If you're an experienced handler looking
for a loyal, intelligent, and affectionate partner, Rouge is ready to
