I've been in the shelter longer than most and my adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me.

Hi, I'm Arrow! I can be a little shy when meeting new people and loud noises scare me a little. Give me some time though, and you'll see me melt like a gooey marshmallow. I'm happiest stretched out beside my people, soaking up belly rubs and keeping them company. I love walks, get excited when my humans come home, and sometimes forget my manners in my excitement. But I'm working on that! My foster mom says I'm a bit of a Velcro dog because I like to be a part of whatever they are doing. I'm looking for a home where I can settle in, feel safe, and be someone's loyal sidekick. If you're looking for a companion who will wait loyally for you to come home and who will always save you a spot on the couch, I might be your girl.

I'm available for Trial Adoption! If you're interested in taking me home for 2 weeks before making a final decision, please speak to an adoption counselor.

I need to be the only dog in my new home. Sharing my home and stuff with another dog just isn't for me, but I might be able to have play dates with dogs I'm friends with! My human friends at the shelter can tell you more.

NOTE - Arrow's write up says she is in foster, but her shelter location is listed as staying in the kennels  If you're interested in meeting me, please email caninefoster@southwesthumane.org
