I'M in a different area. Please ask to meet me! ~ LARKIN
"LARKIN" AVAILABLE FOR Adoption at Oregon Humane Society in PORTLAND
LARKIN #349739 Looks like: Tibetan Mastiff
spayed female 6 mths 52lbs available 6/10/26 $450
What my friends at OHS say about me:
- I'm a rare breed indeed! Learn more about what to expect with a dog like me.
- I may look like a big girl, but I'll do my best to convince you I'm a lap dog!
- I am a full time love-bug and part time cuddle-bug.
- I really enjoy the company of my human friends.
- I am still learning how to walk on leash, especially in new environments that can be overwhelming. I need verbal encouragement, patience and of course treats from you to help me!
- I have a thick double coat that will need frequent grooming to ensure it stays healthy and tangle and mat free.
- I have been treated for canine parvovirus. I will need to be kept separated from unvaccinated or immunocompromised canines for at least two weeks.
The type of home I'm looking for:
- I am not for the first time dog owner. Someone very familiar with canine body language is a must for me.
- I must go to a home with a fenced in yard.
- I would flourish in a quiet, calm environment and a low-traffic home. No busy apartments or dwellings.
- I need to go to a home without small children.
- I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted.
