"GROOT" **MED_sz **GREY POODLE(mix?) ***Neglected*** "MCAS"

PLEASE if you have or acquire a *NON- SHEDDER* then take care of its GROOMING NEEDS!

GROOT, like so many neglected *non-shedders,*  came into the shelter grossly, painfully matted. (see photo below)
