Meet
handsome Red, an 8-year-old beagle with soulful eyes, a gentle heart,
and a second chance at the life he deserves. When Red arrived at the
shelter, his future was heartbreakingly uncertain. Thankfully, they
reached out to CBR for help.
Red is the kind of beagle who makes
people smile without even trying. One of his favorite things in the
world is toys. He carries them proudly around like treasured prizes.
Like many beagles who enjoy the finer things in life (especially snacks!), Red is currently working on getting to a healthier weight (he weighs 51 lbs, down from 56lbs). He’s doing great on his diet and would love a family committed to helping him continue his wellness journey with walks, playtime, and lots of encouragement. Beneath those extra pounds is a happy, loving beagle ready for many more wonderful years ahead.
