What my friends at OHS say about me:
  • I can be shy at first, but I warm up quickly and will want to play once I get comfortable!
  • When I get excited, I can get the zoomies and sometimes can be a bit rowdy... It's something I'm working on, but I may do best in a home without younger children or people that may easily be knocked over.
  • I'm smart and love to learn! I'm hoping that whoever takes me home will continue working with me so I can grow to become the amazing companion dog I'm destined to be.
  • I love to be around people! I'd make a great buddy for curling up on the couch to watch a movie.
  • I love other dogs but if your resident dog does not like to wrestle and box then we probably aren't the best match.
  • Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.
  • I need to go to a home where there is another dog to help boost my confidence and to play with!
  • High Energy: I can become easily frustrated if my energy and exercise needs are not met. I will need positive outlets and a calm environment to help me flourish.

Interested in adopting me?

Animals available for adoption in foster homes need a special questionnaire submitted. From there, we will make an initial appointment for a phone consult to discuss their needs, and then schedule a meet and greet. Appointments are set on a first-come first-served basis in the order that we receive the questionnaires.
