What my friends at OHS say about me:
- I am a social butterfly in the shape of an adorable dog.
- I may be a mature gentleman, but I have a young spirit!
- I really enjoy playing with toys! Tennis balls are my favorite!
- I came in with some skin issues that are being well managed with diet and medication - my coat and skin are looking and feeling great!
- I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism which is being easily managed with a simple medication.
- I'm in a foster home right now, but I'm still available for adoption! Click the Meet Me button and complete the questionnaire to schedule a meet and greet appointment.
The type of home I'm looking for:
- I seem to make friends everywhere I go, and might even enjoy having another dog in the home if we get along in a meet!

Animals available for adoption in foster homes need a special questionnaire submitted. From there, we will make an initial appointment for a phone consult to discuss their needs, and then schedule a meet and greet. Appointments are set on a first-come first-served basis in the order that we receive the questionnaires.

- Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.
- I have chronic skin issues which will require long term management. It can be caused by different factors such as fleas, food or environmental factors.
- I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and will require life-long medical management.
