Here's what you need to know about me:
I'm Bandit an Australian Shepherd mix. Not only am I handsome, I'm crate trained, house trained and get along great with other dogs - basically I'm the kind of roommate everyone wants. One small quirk? Car rides aren't my favorite (I get a little carsick), so Im more of a "let's stay close to home" kind of guy. Neighborhood adventures > road trips. I'm an active dog! I would love to go home with a family who can help me burn off energy with exercise, playtime, and outdoor adventures.
I can be nervous around new people. It just takes me a little while to get comfortable. But once I get to know you, I'm very loving.
I have some handling sensitivity. That means I have some preferences about how and where I get petted. My human friends at the shelter can tell you more!
I need a home without cats. We just don't get along - even if they don't mind me, I can't be in the same home with them.
I need a space of my own. I sometimes have a hard time sharing my treats, toys, or bed with other pets. Ask an adoption counselor for more information.
