"OSLO" little Border Terrier mix "STUMPTOWN STRAYS"

"Stumptown Strays" is a wonderful local Rescue that helps shelter dogs in need of medical assistance.

"OSLO" is Available for adoption with STUMPTOWN STRAYS

Border Terrier, neutered male, house trained, 18 mths 13 lbs

Dogs- yes Cats-yes, Kids - over 10  Adoption fee $400

Personality: Affectionate, Loves, Friendly

Oslo, our 18 month old 13 pound terrier, would like a belly rub. Don't have time? Don't worry, Oslo will sploot and drag himself on the floor to rub his OWN belly. Like Miley Cyrus taught us, it's important to be able to hold your own hand. But we don't want Oslo to have to take himself dancing; let's find him an adopter instead.

Oslo was found stray, so we don't know much about his first home. We do know Oslo's first person potty trained him and taught him how to walk on a leash. Although a little shy, Oslo is very friendly once he warms up. He would likely do fine with kids over 10 years old. He is crate trained and can be trusted to be alone in the house. We have not seen Oslo with cats; we suspect he'd be fine with a dog savvy one. Oslo is polite to dogs, even the ones he meets on leash. We wouldn't say he's a dog's dog though and Oslo would also be happy being the only pet.

Not particularly playful, Oslo prefers instead to take walks and get scratches. He loves baths and gets the zoomies when he's clean. Oslo is both sweet and opinionated. Like most terriers, he growls when he's being pestered too much by other dogs and he's not entirely demure when taking treats (neither are we, Oslo). Otherwise, Oslo is a very mannered young man.

Oslo is heartworm negative and is current on his flea and heartworm preventatives.

Don't leave poor Oslo rubbing his own belly. Apply to adopt
!
