"BENJI" URGENT!!! LOVING (SCARED) LAB/Pit mix - LIVED with CATS "MCAS"

Maybe you can foster Benji?

Allow him time and space so that he feels safe- let him adjust to a new environment

He came from a home who loved him, but could no longer care for him and unfortunately, he is now going downhill quickly in the noisy shelter

"Omg, I LOVE this dog!! He is so curious and mellow when out walking, then he’ll start jumping around wanted to engage. He is smart and sweet, and gorgeous!! And those ears? My goodness. He’s definitely a catch.  " MCAS volunteer (mcas fb)

prefers calmer dogs

Benji is a sweet and gentle 4-year-old Labrador Retriever mix looking for a patient and understanding family to call his own. He can be a bit shy and fearful at first, especially in new situations, but once he warms up to you, he'll be your best friend for life! He's very treat-motivated, which makes training a breeze. Benji loves to play fetch and tug-of-war, especially with his favorite tennis ball! Due to his timid nature, Benji would do best in a quiet adult-only home with a securely fenced yard where he can relax and feel safe. He has shown to be dog-tolerant but would need slow and careful introductions to any potential furry siblings. With a little love and patience, Benji will blossom into the most loyal and loving companion. If you think you can give Benji the loving home he deserves, please come meet him today!!
