UPDATE 2/16/25 ADOPTED or on hold
"Stumptown Strays" is a wonderful local Rescue that helps shelter dogs in need of medical assistance.
"ASTRID" is Available for adoption with STUMPTOWN STRAYS
Chihuahua, 1 yr 5 lb spayed female, house trained, crate trained
Dogs- yes Cats-yes, Kids-yes Adoption fee $500
Personality: Affectionate, Brave, Friendly, Gentle, Loves, Playful
"Astrid, our 1-year-old 5-pound chihuahua, was recently with our team at Northwest Neighborhood Veterinary Hospital to be spayed and have some spare baby teeth removed. Astrid was found stray and very thin and has spent time in foster “bulking up.” To prove how big she got, we thought you’d like to see Astrid next to some common objects. She’s taller than a pop-tart!
Astrid is outrageously friendly to all people, kids included, and loves dogs (both big and small) and cats. Astrid is crate and leash trained, playful, potty trained, and a delightful house guest! Mostly a gentle lap dog, we can’t imagine a home where she wouldn’t fit in. And, if you have room for a bag of Doritos, you certainly have room for Astrid.
Get a jump on the crowd and apply for Astrid before she’s posted on Petfinder! Her adoption fee is $500 and you can apply to adopt now on our website" Stumptown Strays FB
