"PARMESAN" Available for Adoption at "CLACKAMAS CO DOG Services"
Shelter ID: 106574
Breed: German Shepherd
spayed female 8 mths 60 lbs and growing adoption fee $210
Description: Hello everyone, my name is Parmesan. I'm approximately 60 pounds and I'm an 8-month-old shepherd mix. I am looking for my forever family. One that will spend time with me and teach me new things. I would be a great hiking and walking companion. Are you up for the task of giving me a loving home and some training because I am sure I would be a great fit.
I would like a home that has a fenced yard so I could run around. I would also need basic training so I can grow to be the dog you want. I have been doing very well with the other dogs at the shelter. I also love enrichment things that will exercise my mind. Some experience with my breed would be helpful so please do some research on my breed. I would do best with kids who are 13 years old and older because of my energy. I get along with the dogs at the shelter but if you have dogs, please bring them so we can see if we will get along. Cats are unknown.
Please make an appointment to meet me.
1) Parmesan is an 8-month-old shepherd mix who will need a home which can give her daily physical exercise and mind stimulation.
2) We don't know how she will be with cats or small animals, so be sure to discuss proper introductions with your adoption counselor if you have small animals living in the house.
3) Parmesan has been friendly towards the other dogs in the shelter. So, if you have another dog in your house we will need to set up a meet and greet.
4) Parmesan is active so a securely fenced yard would work best for her or plenty of walks to get proper exercise.
