- Despite my cute, cuddly size, I want the cuddling to be on my terms, as I don't always want to be fussed over.
- All this change in my life has been really tough on me, I can't help but be cautious and worried. I'm longing for an understanding person, with a warm bed, treats and the willingness to give me time and space to settle in- could that be you?
- I do enjoy having dog friends, but I can be picky about my canine companions. Slow introductions and having my own space will be important for me to adjust to a home with resident dogs.
- I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted.

The type of home I'm looking for:
- I need to go to a home where there is another small dog to help boost my confidence and to play with!
- I must go to a home with a fenced in yard.
- I need to go to an adult only home.
- I may do best with an owner who has had experience owning or caring for shy and fearful dogs.
Interested in adopting me?
Animals available for adoption in foster homes need a special questionnaire submitted. From there, we will make an initial appointment for a phone consult to discuss their needs, and then schedule a meet and greet. Appointments are set on a first-come first-served basis in the order that we receive the questionnaires.
