Hi, I'm Flit! I dance around a room, hence my name! I might be a bit nervous at first, but I am a foodie and would LOVE to be your friend if you have some!! I do take treats pretty hard, so training would be fantastic - with TREATS! I'd love someone patient and ready for a pup who will blossom over time. It might be best if I'm not with small kiddos to protect your fingers since I am very eager with food and get a bit rough. Would you like a buddy at home? Please come meet me!
thanks Denise for the pics

My shelter name is Beanie. I'm a little nervous here at the shelter, they fed my some cheese to make friends and I was more than happy to eat it. My finder said that I was friendly with small dogs, and the men, women and teens I met. The shelter staff thinks I will come out of my shell once I get settled into my new home.

I'm Sammi, a sweet girl who would benefit from some confidence building. The shelter thinks I will come out of my shell once I get settled in with my new people. I came in as a stray so not much is known about me. I did come in with two other dogs, so with proper introductions I might do well with another dog in my new home.

I'm July, a pretty girl who would benefit from some confidence building. The foster that I stayed with said I was great with all of her cats and showed no prey drive at all! I also did great with other dogs when introduced properly. I came in as a stray so not much is known about me but I do love snuggles and would make a great companion. Think we'd make a great match? My name is Oliver, and I'm looking for my new family! Did you notice my cute underbite? I try not to brag! I am a very friendly, sweet, playful and well mannered boy. My foster has this to say about me: "Oliver is an incredible dog and well behaved housemate. He is house trained, knows many obedience skills like sit, stay, down, paw, drop it, and walks well on leash with a gentle leader and/or front clip harness. Oliver does not beg for food, doesn't counter surf and listens to your direction very well. He loves to play (boisterously!) and has a moderate activity level - a nice walk in the morning and a zoomie session will leave him tuckered out for hours. Oliver LOVES people and enjoys meeting new friends on walks. If you're looking for a new best friend who has excellent house manners - Oliver is it!." Small animals such as chickens and cats are not recommended to be in the home with me. I have shown interest and excitement towards other dogs while here at the shelter, which I would love to explore further. If I may toot my own horn, I'm a staff and volunteer favorite! I can't wait to meet you :) This animal is in foster care! Apply to adopt them online!

Hi my names Teddy! I may seem big, but I'm still just a young and curious kid. I love playing fetch, spending time with other dogs, and cuddling with humans. I am potty trained and I know some basic commands like sit, down, and come. But I would love to learn some new tricks! Especially if treats are involved. My foster mom (he's now in the shelter) says that I am very tolerant of dogs and that if an older dog doesn't want to play, I will leave them alone. I have seen cats (on leash) and let them be! Everything is still very new for me but once I figure something out I'm basically a natural! I'm still working through some separation anxiety though and would benefit from being in a home where I am not left alone often until we have built some trust together. The shelter staff think I have pretty goofy antics which they say is adorable but I will need continued positive reinforcement training to help me be my best self.

the difference a foster home makes!
