Description: Am I not the cutest little dog that you have seen today? Hi my name is Ernie! I am a longhaired Chihuahua and I weigh about 7.5 pounds. So not to brag, but cute isn't my best quality, cuddling is! Are you looking for a companion to keep you company and bring some joy into your life? I am that guy, really...I have heard the staff say so. Things to know about me, I am cute, but I think I said that already. I walk well on a leash. I do my best to keep my area that I stay in clean. I will tell you that I need to go outside to go potty. I like other dogs, and I am not choosy on their size. Big or small, a proper introduction is going to be necessary, just to make sure that my new bestie will love me forever. I promise that you won't be disappointed! SEE YOU SOON!!!

1. KIDS: The man that found me told staff that I was very sad when his grandkids left to go home. I still will need to meet and make sure that kids respect my size, because I am small and sometimes kids forget that.

2. OTHER ANIMALS: The staff doesn't know how I will do with cats or other critters, so a proper introduction is going to be needed for that too.

3. GROOMING: One last thing...I will need regular grooming to keep me in tip top shape, because afterall, my hair coat is not short like other Chihuahuas.
