Meet Darius, a handsome large-breed puppy with a heart of gold just
waiting to be discovered. Darius started his journey a little unsure of
the world around him, but he's quickly learning that life with humans
can be pretty great. While he can be a bit hesitant at first when
meeting new friends, he is a gentle soul who truly appreciates a kind
touch and some quiet companionship.
His favorite move is to tuck himself away under a cabinet right by his
handler's feet, staying close while taking up all the pets he can get.
He is incredibly food-motivated, which has been the "magic key" to
helping his shy personality shine. Once he knows there are treats
involved, his bravery comes out in full force! With a little patience
and a pocket full of snacks, Darius is ready to transform from a
cautious pup into a loyal, lifelong best friend.
