URGENT: PERMANENT Old Dog Haven FOSTER HOME NEEDED:
(in W. Washington state or Portland, OR only)
"Buddy and Tucker" are a bonded pair of shih tzu
mixes, who are 12 and 13 years old. These neutered males weigh 9 pounds and "robust" 18 pounds. This pair just suddenly lost their person and badly need a home together right away.
They are loving, sweet boys devoted to each other and to
their people. They cuddle up with each other, play with each other at
times, like to putter around the yard or house, around their people.
They have lived just fine with lots of dogs (though they mostly keep to
themselves) and are living well with a cat. They are housebroken and
can do stairs. They have very little vet history other than consistent
vaccinations and exams, so their medical needs are really unknown.
Their current caregiver calls them "such silly dogs with big personalities," but they
seem to have many of the wonderful shih tzu traits - easygoing, able to
get along with all, but devoted to their people once chosen. We
would really like to get them into a safe home ASAP.
As an Old Dog Haven dogs, our organization will cover all vet bills (thanks to donations!) If you'd like to offer Tucker and Buddy the forever foster home they need, please read more about how to join our network of homes here:
