Meet Piglet!

Look at her nose and upper lip, and you’ll understand why she is named Piglet ;-). Piglet is approximately a year and a half old and weighs 6 pounds. She is a very sweet girl. Playful, silly and affectionate. Piglet is always afraid of new people but only for a short time and then she warms up and turns very flirty. She definitely is a dog who will do better in a home with another little dog or two. Having other dog companions helps her with her confidence.

Piglet has bowed rear legs. She was born that way, and it does not slow her down one little bit. She thinks she can fly, and she’s fast!

Piglet is not entirely house trained but she’s getting better. She will always poop outside, but she hasn’t quite figured out the pee-pee thing. Probably because she had been trained to use pee pads rather than training her to go outside.

Piglet has one other potential special need, but we rather describe that one to someone who is serious about adopting her and becoming her forever people. Whomever adopt her will be adopting a very sweet and special little girl.

The first part of our process is to have you complete our adoption application. This helps us make compatible matches. You can find the application on our indigorescue.org website under the Adoption tab. We’ll get back to you from there.
**Please note: Indigo Rescue only adopts to homes within 30 miles of Beaverton, Oregon. Thank you
