Hi there, potential fur-ever family! My name is Delilah, and I'm a sweet pup ready to find my forever home. Let me tell you a bit about myself. When I first arrived at my current foster home, I was a bit shy and timid. I preferred to cozy up in my crate, observing everything from a safe distance. But oh, how things have changed! Thanks to the love and patience of my foster family, I've really come out of my shell. Now, I'm the life of the party, especially when it comes to playtime with my furry sibling! I'm what you might call a foodie-I'll do just about anything for a tasty treat. My foster family is helping me learn all sorts of important commands like recognizing my name, sitting politely, dropping anything I pick up that doesn't belong to me (those kid toys are pretty interesting!). I'm a quick learner and eager to please, especially when there are treats involved! I'm not a counter surfer, but don't leave a plate on the floor or I can't pass up the opportunity for a snack! One of my favorite things in the world is cuddling up with kids and getting lots of pets. I'm super gentle and love to soak up all the love and attention they have to give, even younger kids under 6. Now, I'll admit I've had a couple of accidents in the house, but hey, nobody's perfect! My foster family thinks it might be because I'm still getting used to this whole doggie door thing. But don't worry, we're working on it together and we've been accident-free the past couple of days! I adore lounging outside in the sun, especially in my favorite "froggie" position. Rain or shine, I'm always up for a good chew session with my favorite toys, a game of tug, or a tussle with my foster sister. So, if you're looking for a loyal companion who's eager to learn and overflowing with love, look no further than me, Delilah! Let's make memories together that'll last a lifetime.
