UPDATE 10/19/25 ADOPTED
BOMBAY is scared in the loud shelter and really would love to be adopted to a good home soon!
"If you're looking for a low-key, loving companion dog, look no further! Bombay is a sweet, mellow girl who wants nothing more than a comfy couch and a human to love.
Gets along with other dogs!
Gets along with cats!
House-trained & well-behaved!
Quiet and calm in the home.
She can be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly and is ready to be your loyal friend. All she needs is a little patience (and maybe some cheese ). She's the perfect couch potato companion for a calm home. Could it be yours?
"Oh
I just love this sweet dog. She was so scared and feeling so bad when
she came to the shelter. And now look at her!! I walked her the other
day and she is ready for a walk, wagging her tail and interested in the
world. Take a chance on this striking blue eyed lovely." Volunteer MCAS FB
"Bombay
is such a nice dog. She is a bit shy/cautious and not enjoying the
noise of the shelter, but she is a gem of a dog if you have some
patience to let her warm up. She is lovely to walk, was very patient
when I picked some burrs out of her fur, and seemed to enjoy being pet.
She's been pretty quiet at the shelter- I'm not sure I've ever heard her
bark. Please go to MCAS to meet this special girl!" Volunteer MCAS FB

Meet Bombay! She is a sweet, mellow gal who enjoys being with her humans
and napping. In a foster home {she's now in shelter}she is well behaved, quiet, house trained
and is looking forward to couch cuddling in a calmer environment. While
some new situations and people can be scary at first she warms up
quickly with some cheese and kind words. She has met other dogs and
cats and could live in a home with both. If you are looking to spend
your fall time with a couch potato while drinking pumpkin spice coffee
then she's your gal!
