MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community.They have had years to resolve this issue, yet continue to adopt out intact dogs

Meanwhile...it's not the dogs' fault, and they need good adopters
