Skyler is a beautiful girl who is looking for a patient and loving home
to help her blossom. When she first arrived at the shelter, she was a
bit overwhelmed and shy, but with a gentle approach and a little bit of
time, her true personality shines through. She is a resilient dog who
learns to trust and, once she does, she's all wiggles and love!
Skyler might be a little hesitant at first. However, if you give her a
moment to sniff your hand and let her approach on her own terms, she
quickly comes out of her shell. She loves to lean in for pets and has
been known to climb right into a person's lap for some cuddle time.
She's a playful girl who gets "the zoomies" in the play yard and loves
to engage in some fun play bows.
Skyler has also done well with other dogs in playgroup. She's social and
tolerant, enjoying some rough-and-tumble play with her canine friends.
Her ideal home would be one that understands a dog's need for a calm and
predictable environment, and is committed to continuing to build her
confidence. If you're looking for a sweet companion who will reward your
