UPDATE 7/1/25 ADOPTED (still intact...)
MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption (and ensure that the dogs are given adequate care and recovery time!) Letting so many dogs go to new homes while still intact is irresponsible, especially in our current homeless dog crisis. Management is failing.
