Bear is eager to find a family that appreciates the work and patience
involved in raising an adolescent pup. With his playful spirit, Bear is
always ready for adventure!
He enjoys playing with other dogs and going on long walks, making a
securely fenced yard a perfect fit for him to expend some of his
abundant energy. Bear is still young and inquisitive, so supervision
during playtime is important.
Bear has shown great promise in training, learning quickly thanks to his
food motivation. He is nearly house-trained, with only occasional
accidents, and is proficient in the command "leave it." During a recent
outing, his recall was fantastic-he returned for treats with no issues,
although he did show a strong prey drive towards birds. He was dog
neutral both on and off-leash, but might be too much for small animals
or cats.
Bear would do well in a home with older children, as his excitement can
sometimes be overwhelming-though it's all in good fun! He's a loving
companion who enjoys snuggling after a day of play.
With his charming personality, Bear is sure to bring joy and laughter
into your home. It will be tough to say goodbye, but we know his perfect
forever family is waiting just for him!
