Scooter is a sweet, cute little Chihuahua mix with so much love to give! This little guy was recently found wandering and in need of some kindness, but he has already shown incredible improvement since arriving at the shelter. Now, all Scooter needs is a compassionate, forever home where he can continue to receive the good tender loving care he deserves to truly blossom into the wonderful companion we know he can be. 🤩✨
