MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community. They have had years to resolve this issue and are creating a larger problem for homeless pets. .....WHAT are they thinking?? You can't help but worry, and wonder - will these adopted dogs be used by people for breeding?or have"unintended offspring" to contribute to more poor homeless dogs?...but...it's not the dogs' fault, and the dogs need good adopters!

MILLIE #3779946 listed as American Shelter Dog, female, 1 yr 43 lbs
Meet Millie, a sensitive soul with a heart of gold just waiting for the right person to help it shine! While Millie can be a bit overwhelmed by new environments at first, she is a classic example of a dog who blossoms with a little bit of time and trust. Once she feels safe, she transforms into a joyful companion who loves to give ear kisses, show off her silly "zoomies," and engage in happy playbows. Millie is incredibly treat-motivated and has proven to be dog tolerant, showing great patience and a calm presence around other canine friends. She is looking for a patient adopter who will give her the grace and time she needs to adjust to new situations at her own pace. If you're looking for a loyal, gentle friend who will reward your patience with heartfelt affection, Millie is ready to meet you!
