MCAS
needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management
is failing the dogs and the community. They have had years to resolve
this issue and are creating a larger problem for homeless pets. .....WHAT
are they thinking?? You can't help but worry, and wonder - will these
adopted dogs be used by people for breeding?...but...it's not the dogs' fault, and the dogs need good adopters!
11/27/25 "I'm available for a pre-select adoption but I can't go home yet. Please come to the shelter to apply! Learn more about Pre-select animals." NOTE-
it is important to check at the local animal shelters if you lose your
pet as the stray hold time is only 3-6 days depending on if they have
any id . Often the dog is listed as pre-select the same day it comes in as a stray

KNUCKLEHEAD #376937 listed as american pitbull terrier, female 1yr 6 mths 38 lbs
Knucklehead is a sweet, social, and strikingly beautiful dog ready to
find her forever family. Despite her silly name, this loyal girl is all
heart and absolutely adores people, making her an excellent companion
for any loving home. She is highly active and playful, with a special
love for chasing tennis balls, which she could do for hours!
Knucklehead
is also a smart cookie who already knows the "sit" command and is eager
to learn more. Because she is highly food motivated, training is fun
and easy, though fair warning: she isn't shy about asking for snacks!
She will sometimes bark to demand the treats she knows she deserves.
Knucklehead is looking for a home that appreciates her lively
personality, provides consistent training to harness her enthusiasm, and
keeps a steady supply of tennis balls (and treats) on hand. Come meet
this affectionate and clever girl today!💖🐶
