NOW in FOSTER HOME!  Miles might be an old man of 12 yrs, but he still loves his walks! His best friend BOO was adopted ( she was a *purebred* Basset Hound, and he is a Basset Hound *mix*...) but this old guy wants a good home too!!

Miles is a good boy and deserves a good retirement home too! (daily *sniff walks* please)

What my friends at OHS say about me:

  • I came to OHS through the Friends Forever Program.
  • I'm a lovebug looking for the perfect place to spend my golden years.
  • Give me treats and pets and you will be my new favorite person.
  • I like being the center of attention, so get that hand ready to do some scratching!
  • I love spending time in the sun. What can I say? It feels so nice! Want to join me?
  • I have arthritis , which there is no cure for, but there are many ways to manage.
  • Resource Guarding: I have a history of guarding my people, food, toys and/or bedding from other animals or people.
  • I have a medical condition that requires long term management.

The type of home I'm looking for:

  • It could be with you! Click here to learn about the adoption process.

Interested in adopting me?

Animals available for adoption in foster homes need a special questionnaire submitted. From there, we will make an initial appointment for a phone consult to discuss their needs, and then schedule a meet and greet. Appointments are set on a first-come first-served basis in the order that we receive the questionnaires.

Miles is shorter than he looks here
