"LUNA" UPDATE!! *LOVELY TEMPERMENT* *affectionate* *mED-SZ, pointer MIX "MCAS"

UPDATE 7/15/25 transferring

 Luna had a "Dog Day Out" recently with a volunteer who loves her.  Btw - she is an easy size, only 41 lbs.

"Meet sweet Luna! Luna is a vibrant, happy, fun girl who loves everyone! Luna is very bright and active. She loves to play fetch and will drop the ball at your feet for another toss. She is extremely gentle and after she gets the wiggles out, she likes to be a cuddly lap dog. She loves car rides and has very good manners in the car. She does very well on walks and loves other dogs and children. If you’re looking for a gentle addition to your family or for a devoted companion to share adventures with, Luna is your girl."  Mcas volunteer

 ======

MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption (and ensure that the dogs are given adequate care and recovery time!

Adopting intact dogs to new homes is grossly irresponsible in our current homeless dog crisis. EVEN POOR counties with a much smaller budget for animal control are ensuring that  the dogs are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Management is failing the animals and the community.
