Hi everybody, I'm Toffee, and I've been waiting patiently for my forever home. 💖 I'm a sweet and energetic 6-year-young Pitbull type mix with a heart full of love to give. I've been a long-term resident here, and I'm really hoping to find a family to call my own.🏡 I absolutely adore long walks where I can explore all the fascinating smells and playtime is my jam! 🐾 I love chasing toys and showing off my impressive zoomies. Don't let my age fool you - I've got plenty of energy and enthusiasm! I'm also very treat-motivated and know a great "sit", "down" and even "leave it" command. (It's worth noting that I do have a prey drive, so a home without small animals would be best.) I'm looking for a loving home with kids 8 years old and up. I'm a big, strong girl and while I'm super affectionate, I can get a little excited/ rowdy during play. Older kids who understand dog body language would be the perfect playmates for me. Even better, I'd thrive in an active home where we can go on adventures together! Think hiking, exploring new sniff spots, and anything that gets us out and about - I'm up for the challenge! Backyard playtime is fun, but I'm looking for a family who can offer me more if they are able. ⛰️ If you're looking for an active, affectionate companion who will greet you with a wagging tail and a big smile every single day, please come meet me!
