"ELVIRA" Happy adoption Day! the BEST little pittie mix

Sometimes... things really do all "come together" in the best way. Congratulations!

At this time, community members aren't able to visit the shelter to browse adoption kennels, and adoptions are limited to the virtual process. Elvira is a delicate little lady who just wants to be loved--a cozy bed, a nice lap, some tasty snacks, and a family to call her own. She is a little bit of a wallflower here at the shelter but we know once she feels safe and comfortable she will bloom and show you her silly side. Want to learn more about this gorgeous girl? Elvira (Ellie) was emaciated when she came into the shelter,
 but she gained weight (and extreme length nails trimmed, teeth cleaned) while staying in her foster home.
