"MELODY" *pre-select* sweet gentle Med-sz mix *scared in shelter* *needs confidence boost* MCAS

  MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community.They have had years to resolve this issue. 'but..this is not the dogs' fault. The dogs need good adopters
