"ABBY CADABBY' *A SPECIAL gentle, unassuming girl* *TLC* White,Floopy-earred MIX "MCAS"

*NEEDS TLC*  Overgrown toenails.

Abby Cadabby has had puppies at some time in the past.  I really hope she gets spayed before going to a new home!

MCAS really needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, (and ensure that the dogs are given adequate care and recovery time!Adopting intact dogs to new homes is grossly irresponsible in our current homeless dog crisis. EVEN POOR counties with a much smaller budget for animal control are ensuring that  the dogs are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Management is failing the animals and the community.        possible Solution? - lease/create an offsite space and hire part-time well- qualified Veterinarians and qualified volunteers to help out.  Provide safe spay/neuter and provide a safe recovery space so all adoptable animals are spay/neutered before they go to new homes.

"ABBY CADABBE" is Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

Abby Cadabby is a sweet, 4-year-old girl who can't wait to find her forever home! 🥰 She might be a little shy when you first meet her, but give her a moment, and her true personality shines through. Once she's comfortable, Abby is incredibly social and affectionate, ready to shower her new family with love and cuddles. Could this gentle soul be the perfect addition to your family? 💖🐾
