big boy! The Malinois breed in general needs more than average mental
stimulation and exercise. Many are being bred to have a very intense drive, but Alexander doesn't seem to follow that line, and he is a delightful and unexpectedly cuddly guy and wonderful companion - volunteer FAV! Gorgeous red/orange highlights in his fur.
UPDATE 4/14/2023- interesting note from a volunteer dog walker:
"Last week I slipped and fell while walking Alexander and he immediately laid down next to me and even helped me up by getting under my chest and helping to push me."

I am Alexander a fun loving and energetic Belgian Malinois. Dogs like me love to get out and play but are not always sure what to do with our mouths. I can tend to get so excited I jump for the first thing I see, and the game is on! My ideal family will be active, patient and use positive training methods to help me become a more refined pup. I think working with a trainer would be a fun way for us to bond and learn together. I am eager to learn and can't wait to show you how smart I am!
