Happy update Mar 2017
"This is Tank. We adopted him from you on December 6, 2016. He has been the most amazing addition to our little family. When we adopted him from you he was kind of timid and didn't seem to like affection very much. His paperwork said no children under the age of 12, and no cats. However now he is a giant doofy snuggle machine, loves our nieces and nephews ages 1-7 and is tolerant of our cat enough that we no longer have to keep our cat locked up. We still do not allow them to be alone together but they both have there own spaces and do not bother each other and have plenty room to roam. When we first showed up to look at him on the 5th we put a hold on him because we arrived to late to even get to look at him. When we showed up on the 6th we almost came home without him because someone was already there looking at him and in a meeting to take him home. But you guys did everything you could to let us take him home with us and for that we are so grateful. He has truly been a blessing and source of happiness. For us. We will most definitely be back to adopt from you when we have room for our family to grow. Thank you for giving us the chance to love this amazing pup. He will always have a forever home with us." Hi there! My name is Tank and I am a big doofy guy that is looking for a new home. I have been an outdoor dog for most of my life and am looking for a family that can transition me into the indoor life. I am sensitive to intimate handling, so my new home should have children over the age of 12 years old. I know how to sit and speak already and am eager to learn more. Treats and toys are the way to my heart! My new home must also have a secure yard, as I have had a history of getting out, so keeping me supervised outdoors is a must. I have lived with other dogs, but I am selective in who I become friends with, so a meet and greet is required if you have other canines in the home. Please come and take a chance on giving me a better life. I am about 5 years old and weigh 78 pounds.
