"TALLIE" (little Bug) update at Family Dogs New Life Shelter

ADOPTED from Family Dogs!!!

Tallie... wishing you and your new family the very best!

here's an update 9/25/14: Tallie's wonderful FDNLS Foster home noted that:

"We did the home check on Tuesday and I've never had one go so smoothly!!! She was at ease and completely smitten, especially with the husband. They're pretty social and have lots of friends with dogs. It's a perfect match!"

Tallie was a notable Favorite with the Mcas volunteers. She was TRANSFERRED from MCAS to FAMILY DOGS NEW LIFE SHELTER in Feb 2014, and went directly into a FDNLS Foster home. She needed more gentle socialization, and also surgery to correct a bladder issue. Although Mcas provides for many shelter dog surgeries, Allie's  surgery was provided by FDNLS. We thank you!!!

here's Tallie in her FDNLS Foster home!

Isn't she the cutest? Here's Tallie's FDNLS weblink

Hi friends! My name is Tallie and whoever said good things come in small packages must have been thinking of me! As you can see, I’m a petite princess, but you know what’s not small? My heart! I’m a very sweet girl and a pretty easy houseguest. I walk well on leash and I’m getting better and better each day. I love to cuddle when I’m not playing with my dog friends and I think I’d do best in a home with another dog. I love all people and am very sociable with other dogs. However, new situations make  me a little nervous. Being in a foster home has been so wonderful for me, I’ve been getting all the TLC I needed after a special surgery and I’ve also gained a lot of confidence. Sometimes I like to check with my foster brothers and sister to make sure new thing aren’t scary, but once I get the approval, I’m ready to go! I do find cats very fun to chase (I mean, why else would they run?) so I should probably go to an experienced home or a home that is cat-free. I’m pretty good with kids and I take treats nicely from them as well. Are you looking for a petite pitty to play with? Maybe I’m your girl!
