"ABE" - hey guys, GUESS WHAT?

Sept 6, 2014  I am now officially ADOPTED!!! and living in Scappoose!!!!! please wish me and my new family well!

A Happy Ending for Abe!

Honestly, the shelter and my foster parents can’t figure out why I don’t have a forever home. I am in good health, know commands like sit, shake, down, drop it and love to play fetch or tug! I get along well with my foster brothers and sister. My breed is a bit of a guess, maybe Lab/Dalmatian/American Pitbull Terrier? I’m a little on the older side at 10 years old but that doesn't stop me from having a good time! I am house trained and like to snooze on the sofa with you so I hope that’s ok at your house. I will welcome you home with my favorite toy in my mouth. I like to hang out outside with you and walk ever so nicely on leash.
They are saying whoever adopts me will hit the jackpot… are you feeling lucky?

a bit of Abe's history.....Mar 2013, Abe  was transferred from MCAS to the Lincoln County Animal Shelter for a change of venue to get adopted (happy tails soon to come, right?) ...but Older dogs  like Abe often don't get adopted quickly, regardless of their big brown eyes, cute freckles, sweetness or talents!
So now ....July 2014, Abe  transferred back to MCAS....
Here's a quick video!
