Heya there, I'm Frankie, your new best friend! I came to the shelter in some serious need of tender loving care since I was very underweight. I'm doing better here and am ready to move to my forever home! I'd love a place that's happy to pamper me with pedicures, spa baths, great meals, and nice walks. I'd also love some humans that are willing to binge Netflix shows with me while snuggling up in some soft blankets...a dog-cuterie board might be necessary too with some chewies, peanut butter, and CHEESE!
