 Hi my name is Harper, I am a 1 year old Border Collie mix lady. I came in as a stray so the shelter doesn't much about my past. I am pretty fearful of new situations, but give me a little time to warm up and I love being pet, going on walks, belly rubs, and will shower you with kisses. I need to go to a home with kids 12 and older because of my fear, and I'd do best in a more quiet home. Ask to meet me today!
