Meet Humphrey! He was found out strolling in eastern Portland and is ready for his new home! He has quickly become a staff favorite and shown that he knows some tricks- like spin. Humphrey may be housetrained and may get along with other animals such as dogs or cats. Are you ready to meet this talkative and social little guy and make him part of your family? Come and meet me!! I'm about 1 yr old. My adoption fee is $60.
