My name is Oscar, but I am definitely not a grouch! I have a fun and playful personality, and would love to be your new friend! Although I may seem a bit shy at first, it takes me no time at all to warm up to new people and quickly become the happy guy my friends at the shelter have seen. I love to play chase, and its fun to watch me get the "zoomies" when I get excited. My new home should keep me regularly groomed, and keep me on regular flea control as my skin and hair need some help in getting back to regular health. Hope to see you soon! I am 4 years old and weigh 11 pounds.
