Hello there, friends! My name is Bo, and I'm a charming Chihuahua chap looking for a loving home where I can spend my golden years. I'm a social butterfly who loves meeting new people! I'm always up for a cuddle and a good ear scratch, and my tail wags like a metronome gone wild when I'm happy (which is pretty much all the time!). I enjoy leisurely walks, basking in the sun, and, of course, indulging in a tasty treat or two. I'm a pro at potty training, so no accidents here! Now, I'll be upfront - I'm starting to experience a bit of arthritis (a little joint supplement does wonders!), I have some skin allergies my friends at the shelter can tell you about, and I could use a good dental cleaning. But don't let that discourage you! These are all minor things compared to the amount of love and affection I have to give! If you're looking for a loyal companion to share your life with, come meet me!

I'm Mara, a young husky mix with a heart full of love, a tail that never stops wagging, and a personality that's as sweet as can be. Despite my rough start in life, I'm a super friendly and affectionate girl, eager to meet my forever family. I've got plenty of playful energy, but I'm also a big fan of winding down with cuddles after a good play session. I absolutely adore other dogs - they're some of my favorite playmates, and I'd love to have a furry sibling to share my adventures with. Because of my tough beginnings, I do experience some separation anxiety. Being alone for long stretches of time can be a bit stressful for me, so I'd do best in a home where I'm not left alone for long periods. I'd love a family who can either work from home, has a flexible schedule, or who already has a doggy sibling to keep me company. With a little extra patience and understanding, I know I'll feel safe and secure, and I'll become the loyal, loving companion you've been waiting for. I'm a quick learner - I already know "sit," "down," and "shake" - and I'm eager to learn more! I'm smart, affectionate, and always ready to please, so with the right guidance, I'll keep growing into the best pup I can be.

My name is Stew, and I'm a 5-month-old American Shelter dog puppy looking for my forever home! I'll admit, I was a little nervous when I first arrived here, but everyone has been so nice that I'm starting to come out of my shell. 🐶 I'm still learning the ropes and could use some help with my confidence and manners. I promise lots of love and puppy kisses in return!

"ROLLINS" URGENT! Rolly-Poly,Wiggly Bully mix - great smile!

UPDATE 12/9/24 ADOPTED!!!

Rollins is currently doing "ok" in the shelter, so maybe it isn't "Urgent" to find her a home? BUT ROLLINS has been there for over 4 months, which is a long time living in the noisy shelter (where dogs start to decline quickly)

Unfortunately, since she has been living in the shelter for so long, it also means that she knows her routine well, and knows what to expect... any home will be a big change for her!

If you adopt (any dog), please allow it plenty of time to adjust to a new routine.

TOO MANY adopted shelter dogs end up returned and then euthanized because of adopters pushing too much at the new dog too soon, or allow things like kids in the dog's face or food) (or... they lie about things like they "don't have another dog", or "don't have a cat")
